A mild spring with good budburst and steady early growth.A lovely warm summer provided a great growing seasonwith good sugar levels and flavour – on to rapid ripening. Bunches were smaller than previous years – but with great concentration of fruit.This led to an earlier harvest – mostly in September and first few days of October.

APPEARANCE: Straw yellow with an abundance

of fine bubbles.

P A L A T E : Rich, luscious, and ripe, initial notes of sweet honey lead on to apple, pear and tropical fruit notes of pineapple and mango with a hint of brioche.
