The Oriana 2019 is a perfect match with the Cornish cod, Fowey mussels and saffron sauce. Oriana works really well with the saffron sauce which is also very delicate. Oriana draws out the seafood flavours and brings a great sense of occasion to the dish.

The 2018 Family Reserve is a real treat for those who visit Pine. With so much positive feedback from our guests, we knew it would be a keeper on our list. I couldn't resist pairing it with our Salted Gooseberry & Rowan Shoot ice cream dessert. This Sparkling wine offers refreshing Gooseberry flavours, finishing with toast and brioche aromas and lively bubbles—a pure delight for our senses.

“… It is a dry sparkling wine, but it is fruit filled and far from austere. It has a fine mousse and really biscuity, creamy, nutty nose. Those autolytic aromas dominating the lemon and red apple fruit. In the mouth it zips along with dazzling freshness, but the nuttiness and the plush suggestion of sweet, ripe fruit at the core of this fills the mid-palate and gives excellent balance. A super impressive first tasting from this estate for me”
